Majiks Music is a free browser studio. You make music with the ACE-Step engine — generation runs from your browser straight to ACE Music’s API using your own free ACE Music key, which never leaves your browser. What you create is yours. Selling it happens on majiks.online under that site’s terms, and AI-made tracks get labeled honestly there. Don’t use it to infringe, impersonate, or harm.

Majiks Music (majiks.music) is an AI-assisted music creation studio operated by Magic Unicorn Unconventional Technology & Stuff Inc. (“we”, “us”). You use it to generate audio tracks with the ACE-Step music engine, keep them in your Library, share public track pages, and optionally publish to sibling platforms in the Majiks ecosystem (like majiks.online). By using the service you accept these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old. You sign in via Unicorn Commander SSO (Keycloak). You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, tell us at [email protected].

Music generation is powered by ACE Music (acemusic.ai) and runs directly from your browser to api.acemusic.ai. Generating requires your own ACE Music API key — free to get at acemusic.ai — stored only in your browser’s localStorage (see the Privacy Policy) and sent by your browser straight to ACE Music. There is no shared or pooled key: your key, your usage. Your ACE Music account and its billing are between you and ACE Music, governed by ACE Music’s own terms. We are not responsible for ACE Music’s availability, pricing, or output.

You own what you create here, as far as the law allows anyone to: audio you generate on Majiks Music is yours to keep, download, remix, and license, subject to the model terms (ACE-Step is open-licensed) and applicable law. We claim no exclusive rights and we do not train models on your work.

Honest note: purely AI-generated audio may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, including under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance. “Yours” here means our promise not to claim it — not a guarantee that copyright exists in it.

By publishing a track to a public destination (your majiks.music/t/<slug> page, majiks.online, the ecosystem), you give us the non-exclusive right to host, stream, cache, and display it to run those services. You may unpublish or delete a track at any time.

The Majiks platform labels AI-generated music honestly. Tracks you publish from this studio carry AI-generation metadata (including the ACE-Step engine credit) and display an AI-generated badge on majiks.online and in the majiks.media rights registry. Don’t misrepresent AI output as purely human performance, and don’t clone a real person’s voice or identity without consent.

Creating and generating here is free. Publishing to majiks.online requires a majiks.online creator account and is governed by the majiks.online Terms of Service — including its creator tiers and publishing caps, sales licenses, fees (0% platform fee on personal licenses, 10% on commercial and exclusive), and Stripe Connect payouts. Majiks Music itself sells nothing and charges nothing today.

You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute: material that infringes third-party rights; audio impersonating a real person without consent; content that sexualizes minors; or material that violates applicable law. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent its limits. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that AI-generated audio is original or non-infringing in every market; you are responsible for clearing rights before commercial use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to $100. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA.
